Key Responsibilities:
xf0x9fx93x9e Follow up with delinquent customers via phone calls and field visits
xf0x9fx97x82xefxb8x8f Identify and trace defaulters to recover pending dues
xf0x9fxa4x9d Negotiate repayment terms and educate customers on payment obligations
xf0x9fx93x8b Maintain daily records of recovery status and customer interactions
xf0x9fx93x8d Visit customers' premises for on-ground recovery and settlement discussions
xe2x9ax96xefxb8x8f Escalate chronic default cases for legal or repossession action
xf0x9fx94x90 Coordinate with the legal team for recovery through proper channels
xf0x9fx92xac Resolve disputes or customer grievances related to repayment
xf0x9fx93x8a Meet monthly recovery targets and minimize NPA levels
xf0x9fxa7xbe Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
Requirements:
Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any field
13 years of experience in recovery/collections (preferably in NBFC or microfinance)
Knowledge of loan products and recovery procedures
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel and work in field-based recovery roles
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
