(only male can apply) Key Responsibilities:xf0x9fx93x9e Follow up with delinquent customers via phone calls and field visitsxf0x9fx97x82xefxb8x8f Identify and trace defaulters to recover pending duesxf0x9fxa4x9d Negotiate repayment terms and educate customers on payment obligationsxf0x9fx93x8b Maintain daily records of recovery status and customer interactionsxf0x9fx93x8d Visit customers' premises for on-ground recovery and settlement discussionsxe2x9ax96xefxb8x8f Escalate chronic default cases for legal or repossession actionxf0x9fx94x90 Coordinate with the legal team for recovery through proper channelsxf0x9fx92xac Resolve disputes or customer grievances related to repaymentxf0x9fx93x8a Meet monthly recovery targets and minimize NPA levelsxf0x9fxa7xbe Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies Requirements:Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any field13 years of experience in recovery/collections (preferably in NBFC or microfinance)Knowledge of loan products and recovery proceduresGood communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsWillingness to travel and work in field-based recovery rolesBasic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
