Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications between departments.
Handle client interactions professionally and maintain strong relationships.
Maintain records, reports, and other administrative documentation.
Support project management by tracking progress and follow-ups.
Prepare and distribute correspondence such as emails, reports, and memos.
Ensure office operations run smoothly and provide assistance where needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist in organizing events, training, or team activities.
Act as a liaison between staff and management.
Perform other coordination and administrative duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Prior experience in coordination, administration, or customer service preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pleasant personality with a professional demeanor.
