Note: This role will be on payroll of Talisman HR Solutions JOB SUMMARY Provide administrative support to the office of Finance Director CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure timely update of electronic / email calendar.
Coordinate various meetings and videoconferences. Prepare & circulate MOMs for meetings conducted.
Responsible for routine administrative activities in the office
Liaise with Admin for various inputs required on timely basis.
Assist manager in tracking Key Performace Indicators (KPIs).
Responsible for preparing and circulating weekly /monthly performance reports/ MIS.
Provide necessary support for vendor monthly invoice clearance.
Establish and maintain expense statement, their approvals and re-imbursement for the team.
Coordinate with HR on data requirements, team support etc.
Ensure monthly stationary requirement as per office needs.
Responsible for preparing and coordinating domestic / international travel trips for the manager
