Note: This role will be on payroll of Talisman HR Solutions Primary Job Function Administration support for OEC team OEC work support Preparing presentations for OEC team, as required Core Job Responsibilities Administration support for OEC team including but not limited to: Travel requests and other administration related support to OEC team including Making travel arrangements for the department personnel. This includes air / train tickets, guest house / hotel booking, visa, car booking, forex & payments Managing meetings for OEC team and calendar management for ECO Handling expense claims and invoice processing, managing third party payments in co-ordination with finance teams. Collate and help with expense tracking to ensure budgets are adhered to Maintaining a proper filing system. Able to take minutes in all meetings and drive to get the actions completed. Upload data on the necessary common folders and manage the same and able to retrieve the data as required. Networking with the other admins in the company Procurement of office supplies and stationery as required. Assist with organizing department events, meetings, and conferences e.g. Compliance week Serve as a point of contact for directing queries received via common email IDs, Support special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as needed OEC work support: Support compliance monitoring activities such as 3pp follow ups, refresh of data dashboards, etc. Preparing presentations for OEC team, as required JOB SPECIFICATIONS: KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS: Behavioral: Communication skills: Should possess knowledge of spoken, verbal English and able to articulate mail correspondence Energy & Enthusiasm, Teamwork & Co-operation.
