Note: This role will be on payroll of Talisman HR Solution Role Purpose: To provide administrative and operational support to the affiliate EHS liaisons by maintaining documentation, tracking compliance requirements, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update EHS documentation (policies, SOPs, records) as per Company standards.
Track and follow up on open EHS action items with relevant stakeholders.
Assist in compiling reports and updating EHS data.
Support routine compliance checks and maintain records for audits.
Coordinate with EHS liaisons for status updates on safety programs and requirements.
Provide basic administrative support for EHS programs (e.g., scheduling, data entry, filing).
Maintain monthly trackers for EHS lead and lag indicators.
Support in Medical surveillance of employees (hep b vaccination, dosimeter distribution & medical checkup)
Assist in timely completion of training programs for Fleet Safety Program, Biosafety & Radiation safety for field/commercial employees
Assist in implementing new EHS projects as advised by the EHS Liaison
Skills & Competencies:
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to follow up and ensure timely closure of tasks.
Basic understanding of EHS compliance (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
