Job Title: Domestic Bulk Sales Manager - FMCG
Location: Ahmedabad
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: Head - Sales / Business Head
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new opportunities for bulk/institutional sales in the domestic FMCG market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, modern trade partners, and institutional buyers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms with bulk buyers.
Drive sales growth by achieving bulk volume and revenue targets.
Monitor competitor activities, bulk market trends, and customer needs.
Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Plan and implement bulk sales promotions, schemes, and trade offers.
Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis.
Ensure compliance with company pricing, policies, and business strategies.
Train and guide sales officers/representatives handling bulk accounts.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduation / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
6-10 years of experience in bulk or institutional FMCG sales.
Strong network of bulk buyers, distributors, and institutional clients.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of bulk trade dynamics, pricing, and credit management.
