Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and assist our customers with
their queries, complaints, and feedback. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills,
a customer-centric approach, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive
company image.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chat support professionally and promptly.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
Record and document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the senior team or concerned department.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Assist in collecting customer feedback to improve products and services.
Skills & Qualifications:
0-1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role (Freshers are welcome).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional
Language].
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, etc.)
