o Checking of Credit Bureau Report

o Manage relation with credit reporting agencies

? FUNCTIONAL AREA- Retail lending (Mortgages)
? DESIRED SKILLS
o Good communication skills.
o Ability to multi-task and manage overall operations.
o Good Networking Skills.
o Good command over English, Hindi and the local language.
o Basic knowledge of computer required.
o Ability to relate and communicate well with local residents
o The above position requires high energy levels, integrity, customer orientation, convincing
skills, process orientation, time management and a strong determination to achieve results.
o Overall income appraisal of the customer based on the verification carried out
o He will be required to coordinate for miscellaneous activities for Admin and HR too.
