Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with clients for feedback and upselling opportunities.
Maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
Provide timely updates to customers about order status or service progress.
Meet or exceed customer service and satisfaction goals.
Ensure all communication is professional, clear, and helpful.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service or relationship management role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
