Job Title: Colour Consultant
Location : Baroda
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customer homes/sites to understand requirements and suggest suitable color schemes.
Offer professional consultation on wall colors, textures, finishes, and dxc3xa9cor elements.
Use digital tools and shade cards to present options and visuals to customers.
Maintain updated knowledge of color trends, product ranges, and combinations.
Provide after-consultation support, including detailed color reports and application guidelines.
Coordinate with painters, dealers, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure a smooth and professional consultation experience aligned with the brand's standards.
Attend training sessions on new color tools, products, and design techniques.
Maintain documentation and customer feedback records.
Promote additional services like 3D visualization and express painting (if applicable).
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or diploma in Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
13 years of experience in color consulting, interior design, or customer-facing roles.
Strong sense of color theory, spatial aesthetics, and current design trends.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital color tools and basic MS Office.
