Job Title: Business Development Executive
Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and propose tailored business solutions
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain records of sales, revenue, and other key metrics using CRM tools
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions as required
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry news
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM)
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
