We are looking for an energetic and motivated MBA Marketing Fresher to join our consultancy firm as a Business Development Executive (BDE).
This role offers a perfect mix of ? field visits and ? in-office responsibilities, ideal for someone eager to build a career in business development, client relationship management, and marketing.
? Key Responsibilities:
? Visit potential clients to understand their needs and explain company services.
? Assist in identifying new business opportunities and market segments.
? Support lead generation and follow-up via calls, emails, and meetings.
? Schedule and attend client meetings to present proposals and service offerings.
?? Maintain client data and sales activity logs.
? Work with marketing & strategy teams to develop outreach campaigns.
? Coordinate with senior team members to align business goals.
? Support preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
? Attend events, expos, and seminars to network and promote services.
? Learn and implement sales strategies with guidance from mentors.
? Required Skills & Qualifications:
? MBA in Marketing (Freshers welcome)
?? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings
? Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and client servicing
? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
