We Are Hiring Branch Mnager (Secured LAP ) In Ahmedabad.
Job Title: Branch Manager - Secured LAP
Location: Ahmedabad
Department: Retail Lending / Secured Loans
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Zonal Head
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the branch's performance in Secured LAP portfolio through lead generation, conversion, and cross-selling.
Manage a team of Sales Officers and Relationship Managers to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners (DSAs, Connectors) and ensure a healthy pipeline of cases.
Ensure adherence to credit policies, KYC norms, and risk assessment frameworks.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth disbursal and documentation.
Monitor and improve TAT (Turn Around Time) in the end-to-end loan process.
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and provide feedback to senior management.
Regularly review and report on branch performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Conduct training and mentoring sessions for the branch sales team.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.
5-8 years of experience in secured lending (preferably LAP).
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
Strong understanding of mortgage underwriting, property documentation, and local market dynamics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
