Key Responsibilities:
? Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead follow-ups and client communication

? Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless workflow
Required Skills:
1-3 years of experience in back office, sales support, or client coordination
Excellent telecalling and communication skills
Strong command of MS Excel, Word, and familiarity with WordPress
Good at documentation, data entry, and follow-ups
Organized, self-motivated, and a team player
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
