We Are Hiring Back Office In Ahmedabad.
Job Title: Back Office Executive
Location: [Ahmedabad]
Department: Operations / Administration
Reports To: Office Manager / Operations Head
Key Responsibilities:
Manage data entry and maintain accurate records
Handle documentation, filing, and database updates
Process and prepare reports, invoices, and other documents
Coordinate with front-office staff and other departments
Maintain inventory and office supplies as needed
Respond to emails and internal requests promptly
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Support operations with clerical and administrative tasks
Ensure confidentiality and security of company information
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree in any field
1-2 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role (fresher also considered)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of office equipment and filing systems
