Job Title:
B2B Portal Executive / Online Marketplace Coordinator
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Portal Management:
Maintain and update company profiles on B2B platforms (IndiaMART, GEM, etc.) with accurate product information and compelling visuals.
Inquiry Handling:
Respond promptly to inquiries, qualify leads based on potential, and escalate them to the appropriate sales or management team.
Lead Follow-up & Nurturing:
Monitor and track leads from online portals; ensure timely follow-ups and maintain conversion records.
Content Optimization:
Collaborate with internal teams to keep product listings updated--descriptions, pricing, images, certificates, etc.--to ensure maximum visibility.
Campaign Management:
Coordinate with platform account managers to plan and execute paid promotions, banner ads, and visibility boosters.
Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics such as inquiry count, response time, and conversion ratios.
Platform Communication:
Act as the liaison between the company and B2B platforms, resolving issues and exploring opportunities for better exposure.
Competitor Analysis:
Regularly monitor competitor listings and implement improvements to stay competitive in the marketplace.
Internal Coordination:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure seamless content updates and promotional planning.
Customer Database Maintenance:
Maintain and update a structured lead database, ensuring that all customer interactions and outcomes are properly logged and tracked.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in B2B portal management (IndiaMART, GEM, etc.)
Proficient in MS Excel and online portal dashboards
Strong communication, analytical, and follow-up skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
