Telecaller Salary: Up to 20k Qualification: Any Graduation Key Responsibilities: ? Team Management:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve sales targets.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Set clear goals and ensure daily/weekly/monthly sales targets are met.
? Sales & Lead Generation:
Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads for real estate sales.
Guide the team in making effective sales pitches to potential clients.
Ensure regular follow-ups with prospective buyers and schedule property visits.
? Client Relationship Management:
Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Address client queries and provide relevant information about properties.
? Reporting & Analysis:
Track call performance, lead conversion rates, and overall team productivity.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and present them to management.
? Process Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in the telecalling process and implement best practices.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for better coordination.
Requirements: ?? Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales/telecalling. ?? Experience: 2-5 years of experience in telecalling, with at least 1 year in a team leader role (real estate preferred). ?? Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Experience in handling sales targets and tracking team performance.
Knowledge of CRM tools and basic Excel reporting.
?? Language Proficiency: English, Hindi, and/or regional language. ?? Work Environment: Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
