GRADUATE, POSTGRADUATE, MBA IN INTERNATIONAL SALES & MARKETING OR ANY OTHER DIPLOMA IN FOREIGN TRADE
Experience required for the particular profile:
3 YEARS TO 5 YEARS IN EXPORT DEPT IN CHEMICAL INDUSTRY
Salary bracket (minimum to maximum):
Rs.50000 TO Rs.80000
Responsibilities:
SALES AND MARKETING, FINDING POTENTIAL BUYERS, FOLLOW-UPS, SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING, EMAIL MARKETING, SUPERVISING DOCUMENTATION, APPLYING FOR CERTIFICATION IF NECESSARY, NECESSARY GOVERNMENT AND EXPORT-RELATED COMPLIANCES TO BE FOLLOWED
Requirements:
HE SHOULD RESIDE WITHIN 10 KM FROM OUR LOCATION, SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY HABITS OF HAVING CIGARETTES OR PAN MASALA OR ANY OTHER ADDICTIONS, SHOULD BE NON MUSLIM, SHOULD KNOW HOW TO DRIVE A WHEELER OR FOUR WHEELER AND SHOULD OWN IT HIMSELF, SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY CRIME RECORD, SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY HEALTH RELATED ISSUES, FAMILY BACKGROUND SHOLD BE PEACEFUL, SHOULD BE A LOCAL(MUST HAVE RESIDED HERE FOR AT LEAST 3 YEARS OR MORE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve growth targets and increase market share.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key international distributors, agents, and clients.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging markets and customer needs.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and meet sales objectives.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and shipping requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, production, and finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products.
• Created and implemented global marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence in target markets.
• Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with international clients.
