WE ARE HIRING FOR AN ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE IN AHMEDABAD.
POST - Account Executive

LOCATION - AHMEDABAD
QUALIFICATION - Graduation Must
EXPERIENCE - 1 TO 2 YEARS
KEY SKILLS - Tally Prime, GST, TDS
SALARY - 12K TO 15K
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- MANAGE ACCOUNTS: Maintain and update financial records in TALLY
PRIME including ledgers, trial balance, and balance sheet.
- GST COMPLIANCE: Handle GST returns, ensure accurate GST filings,
and keep up-to-date with the latest GST regulations and compliance
requirements.
- TDS MANAGEMENT: Calculate, deduct, and file TDS RETURNS accurately
and timely, and ensure compliance with TDS provisions.
- FINANCIAL REPORTING: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual
financial statements, and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- RECONCILIATION: Perform bank reconciliations, vendor
reconciliations, and intercompany reconciliations to ensure accurate
financial data.
- AUDIT SUPPORT: Assist in internal and external audits, providing
necessary documentation and explanations.
- TAXATION: Handle all aspects of direct and indirect taxation,
including the filing of income tax returns.
- VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Process invoices, and payments, and manage
vendor accounts effectively.
- DATA ANALYSIS: Analyze financial data to identify trends,
discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- COMPLIANCE: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations,
policies, and procedures.
