Position: Floor Manager

Reporting To: Store Manager / Retail Head
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the floor staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
Monitor customer interactions to ensure a high standard of service
Train and guide sales associates on product knowledge and selling techniques
Ensure proper display and merchandising of clothing and accessories
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
Maintain stock levels and coordinate with inventory and store teams
Track daily sales and report performance to the store manager
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the showroom floor
Motivate the team to achieve individual and group sales targets
Assist with store events, promotions, and seasonal visual setups
Qualifications:
Minimum HSC / Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience in retail (preferably apparel or fashion)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Customer service oriented with an eye for detail
Basic knowledge of billing and inventory systems is a plus
