Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Job Summary:
we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecalling Executive to join our team in Nikol, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, and providing accurate information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries.
- Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively to clients.
- Maintain and update customer databases in Excel.
- Respond to customer queries via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Prepare and share daily reports with the team lead/manager.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
- Languages Known: English, Hindi, and Gujarati (fluency required).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and Email communication.
- Other Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
