We are hiring a Tele Sales Executive in Ahmedabad.
Position Title: Tele Sales Executive (Priority)
Location: Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Conversion:
o Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and close
sales.
o Follow up with inquiries and maintain a high conversion rate of leads into
customers.
2. Customer Engagement and Communication:
o Communicate with customers in Gujarati, Hindi, and English to address their
queries and provide solutions.
o Use strong convincing skills to promote the company's solar products and
services effectively.
3. Market Research and Strategy:
o Conduct research to identify potential customer needs and market opportunities
in the B2C sector.
o Provide insights into customer behaviour and feedback to improve sales
strategies.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and sales in CRM or
other reporting tools.
o Prepare periodic reports to track progress toward sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
? Education:
? Bachelor's in Commerce (B. Com), Bachelor of Arts (B.A), or Any Graduate.
? Experience:
o Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in tele-sales, preferably in the solar
industry.
? Skills Required:
o Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
o Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, English.
o Ability to research and understand the B2C market.
o Effective customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
