Position: Sr. Account Executive
Location: Kathwada GIDC, Ahmedabad
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month
Qualification: Any Graduation

Experience: 2 to 4 years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, tax compliance, and reporting for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Tally, GST filing, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and taxation standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper bookkeeping using Tally.
• Oversee GST filing, tax compliance, and return submissions in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Utilize Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation) to generate financial reports and insights.
• Assist in budget preparation, cost analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and government regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial advisors to facilitate audits and tax assessments.
• Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and payroll processing.
• Provide support in financial decision-making through data analysis and reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies:
? Proficiency in Tally & Zoho Books
? Strong knowledge of GST filing and tax compliance
? Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
? Experience in financial reporting, tax filing, and bookkeeping
? Understanding of accounts payable & receivable management
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
