Experience: 4 to 5 years of sales in B2B
Salary: 10 TO 11 CTC
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential business clients and establish long-term relationships.
• Lead a team of sales representatives, setting targets and monitoring performance.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product promotion and sales efforts.
• Negotiate and close large sales deals, ensuring profitable growth for the company.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance.
• Manage the sales pipeline and forecast future sales trends.
• Address client queries and concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
