We are hiring a Sales Executive in Ahmedabad.
Core Responsibilities

• Counselling, not pitching: Run 1:1 or group consultations; diagnose learner needs, clarify DJP method, rules, and parent pledge.
• Fit & placement:Verify eligibility, level/language/age fit; propose batch options and timelines.
• Admissions SOP:Share fee plan, policies, and codes of conduct; complete forms, KYC, and consent.
• Objection handling:Address concerns (time, discipline, tech) with facts, examples, and outcomes.
• CRM hygiene:Log every touch point; maintain accurate stage, probability, and next action.
• Feedback loop: Share common parent FAQs to refine seminar scripts and landing pages.

KRAs

• Seminar-qualified ? counselling show rate.
• Counselling ? admission conversion % (fit-qualified leads).
• Admission TAT (counselling to fee completion).
• Early 30-day retention (low drop-off).
• CRM accuracy and on-time updates
