Job Description

We are hiring a Operations Executive - EPC Execution & Project Delivery in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
? Support End-to-End EPC Lifecycle:
Coordinate across key stages from Site Survey ? BOQ Finalization ? Installation
? Quality Check ? MNRE Portal Compliance.
? Daily Execution Management:
o Assist in daily installation planning and task allocation across zones.
o Monitor execution against target timelines and escalate delays as needed.
? Field Team Coordination:
o Liaise with zonal team leaders and vendors for installation scheduling and
resource management.
o Ensure all field work aligns with safety and quality standards.
? Material & Vendor Tracking:
o Track material availability and coordinate timely dispatch to sites.
o Manage day-to-day coordination with installation vendors for deployment and
performance.
? Data & Dashboard Reporting:
o Maintain accurate tracking of installations, reworks, stock usage, and project
status.
o Update live dashboards in coordination with MIS teams.
? SLA and Compliance Monitoring:
o Ensure projects are completed within defined SLA timelines, and support
MNRE/Govt portal submissions.

? Installation Turnaround Time (TAT)
? Survey-to-Install SLA Compliance
? Field Issue Escalation Closure Rate
? Rework / Warranty %
? MNRE Portal Task Accuracy & Timeliness
Ideal Candidate Profile
? Experience:
o 4-6 years of hands-on experience in solar/EPC/infrastructure execution.
o Experience in site execution, field team coordination, and vendor management
is essential.
? Skills & Competencies:
o Strong operational coordination and planning abilities
o Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
o Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
o Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
? Languages:
o Proficiency in Hindi and Gujarati is required
o Good written and verbal communication in English
