We are hiring a Legal Executive in Ahmedabad.
Job Title: Legal Executive
Location: C.G Road, Ahmedabad
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Work Days: 6 days a week
Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Handle property agreements, contracts, and lease documents in compliance with legal standards.
• Conduct legal research and provide insights on property laws, land acquisition, and ownership disputes.
• Assist in due diligence, title verification, and risk assessment of real estate transactions.
• Coordinate with legal authorities, government bodies, and regulatory agencies for approvals and compliance.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of legal proceedings and contracts.
• Provide legal support and guidance to the real estate and business teams.
• Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and national real estate regulations.
• Work closely with internal and external legal teams to resolve disputes and legal issues.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in real estate laws and industry practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, property transactions, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and legal drafting skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze legal information effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
