Key Responsibilities:
? Provide operational support to line managers and HR Director/Managers in employee relations issues to ensure proper HR documentation. ? Assist with recruitment and selection processes (job postings, scheduling interviews, screening resumes). ? Support various administrative tasks (related to international assignments, payments, orders) and pro-actively provide suggestions for improvement in these areas ? Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives. ? Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, performance appraisals, etc.). ? Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs. ? Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. ? Support payroll processing by collecting and validating data ? Prepare HR-related reports as required
Requirements: ₹ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ? Knowledge of HR functions and best practices. ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills ? Proficient in MS Office and HR software Eg. HRMS Preferred Skills: ₹ Ability to handle data with confidentiality. ? Problem-solving and critical thinking. ? Attention to detail and organizational skills
