Key Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor construction activities as per approved drawings and schedules
Manage multiple construction projects, including high-rise buildings
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
Ensure work is executed as per quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines
Monitor site progress, manpower, material planning, and machinery utilization
Review BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications
Conduct regular site meetings and report progress to management
Ensure statutory compliances and safety regulations at site
Control project costs and minimize wastage
Handle site-related issues and resolve technical challenges
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
5+ years of experience in real estate / construction projects
Strong experience in high-rise residential or commercial buildings
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience in managing contractors and large site teams
Knowledge of project planning tools
Strong communication and reporting skills
