• Manage the complete PO process, ensuring smooth workflow from acceptance to dispatch.
• Take charge of department-specific functions within our 1P business model.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to streamline warehouse operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods, minimizing delays and errors.
• Monitor inventory levels, update records, and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Improve warehouse efficiency by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.

• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or dispatch operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead specific functions within the department.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
