We re hiring a Product Designer to shape and elevate our digital products As a Product Designer you ll be at the intersection of user needs business goals and technical feasibility You ll be pivotal in defining and delivering exceptional experiences that solve customer problems and drive value Key Responsibilities Discovery Strategy Conduct user research and competitor analysis to inform design strategies Translate research insights into wireframes prototypes and detailed visual designs Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align on business and technical requirements Design Craft Design scalable intuitive product experiences across web and mobile platforms Own the full design lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with service designers researchers and developers to deliver cohesive experiences Communicate design decisions clearly through storytelling and rationale Use prototypes to convey product line concepts narratives and value propositions Execution Delivery Validate solutions through usability testing and data analysis Iterate designs based on customer feedback business needs and performance metrics Required Qualifications Bachelor s Master s in Human Computer Interaction Design Computer Science or equivalent experience 8 years of experience in product design or a related UX UI role Strong portfolio demonstrating end to end design thinking including user workflows UI designs and prototypes Proficient in Figma Mural and design prototyping tools Deep understanding of interaction design usability principles and accessibility Preferred Skills Experience in digital commerce fintech or SaaS products Strong problem solving skills with the ability to balance user centric design with business constraints
