Job Summary
---------------
WCM Leader will leads WCM implementation, concept and development within Factory/Production unit/Competence area. Manages indirectly teams or network. Accountable for the WCM execution within Factory/Production unit/competence area. Provides input for the Capital Equipment production strategy. Makes decisions on WCM planning and execution based on capital equipment production strategy.
This is a full time position based in Chakan, Pune.
What you will do
--------------------
Work with and support the line managers and Steering committee to achieve the organisation's KPIs through WCM methodology application
Lead the site steering committee. Define and follow up WCM Site Master Plan, with the involvement from Steering committee
Ensure Site Pillars' strategy, indicators and evolution are aligned with the production and business strategy.
Ensure the application and progress of WCM Methodology in the Site Pillars
Drive people engagement and development & alignment among/across the sites
Support the implementation of global standards and best practices by the Pillars
Train and mentor pillar leaders and team members on WCM tools and techniques to build internal capabilities
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with WCM standards and identify areas for improvement.
Support the implementation of improvements suggested during the WCM assessment process
Co-ordinate WCM Promotion and events including preparation for audits and awards. (JiPM)
We believe you have

Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering).
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in implementing WCM or similar continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of production processes and factory operations.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change effectively.
Experience in conducting audits and driving compliance with operational standards.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong people leadership skills, ability to influence cross-functional teams, change management, strategic thinking.
Previous experience / Post Graduation will be an added advantage
Good Computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Power Bi
Excellent analytical skill
Fluent in written and spoken communication in English
