Windchill Integration Architect - 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implement Solutions: Develop and document high-level and detailed solution designs for Windchill implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Integration: Define the integration architecture between Windchill and other enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, CPQ, and CAD platforms. Customization: Customize Windchill solutions to meet customer requirements, including developing solutions around Change Objects, Parts, Documents, BOM Structures, and Effectivity. Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers to achieve technical and functional goals. Troubleshooting and Upgrades: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Windchill instances and supporting software. Data Migration: Migrate data from legacy systems into the Windchill environment. Customer Interaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and software testing procedures.

:

o Expert knowledge of PTC's Windchill 11.1 (or later versions).

o Minimum 10+ years of experience with PTC Windchill ERP Integration using TIBCO, MuleSoft etc, Windchill API, Java/JSP.

o Architecting Solutions for Windchill Implementation of MPMLink , SIM module Integrate with SAP ERP , Taktiq


o Defining the Blue Prints and data model of PLM ,ERP,MES processes


o Define technical solutions and strategic tool roadmaps and help to achieve the blueprinted to-be processes

o Coordinating with the team of Business Analysts and Business Users in assessing the project functional requirements , technical documentation and implementation


o Architecting Solutions (by Configurations & Customizations) for business requirements that need Windchill capabilities - MCAD Management, MPMLink and Integration with QAD ERP

o Designing Technical plan for Data Migrations from - Legacy PDM/Non PDM systems, ERP systems

o Coordinating with the team of Business Analysts and Business Users in assessing the project & functional requirements .

o Defining the Blue Prints and data model of PLM processes ,Integration and migration

o Define technical solutions and strategic tool roadmaps and help to achieve the blueprinted to-be processes

o Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role.

o Advanced programming skills in Windchill technology (e.g., Java, JSP/web technologies, XML).

o Interacting with Business Analysts and Business Users to understand requirements and develop solution design.

o Leading offshore team and coordinates meetings with the functional management to discuss project requirements impediments issues/delays.

o Responsible for requirement gathering, analysis, design and development of interfaces.

o ESI and TIBCO customization and configuration.

o Participate with Business Analysts and Business Users to understand requirements and develop solution design.

o Leading offshore team and coordinates meetings with the functional management to discuss project requirements impediments issues/delays.

o Preparing Technical Specification Document with respect to migration and PDMLink and MPMLink implementation (High/Low level design document) based on requirement.

o Managing eBOM, mBOM, Process Plan and Document in Windchill and integrate with SAP.

o Windchill ESI and TIBCO customization and configuration.

o End to End Integration mapping


o Ability to focus on multiple projects and deliver high-quality results.
