About Wholesale Banking ProductsWholesale Banking Products Department focuses on the gamut of corporate products viz. Current Account, CMS, Trade (Domestic & Cross Boarder) & Supply Chain Finance, Sector Solutions, Capital Account and Custody & Capital Markets; IPO & Escrows. Provides digital solutions with advanced technology. Manages business strategy and Sales & solutions. Gujarat International Financial Tec-City (GIFT) and Fund Accounting Services.Custody & Capital Market Division is a niche segment focus on Custodial Services (Domestic \xe2\x80\x93 PMS, AIF, MF, Insurance etc & Foreign \xe2\x80\x93 FPI, FDI, FVCI, DRs); Clearing & Settlement services for Trade; Professional Clearing Services for Equity & Currency Derivative Segments. Bank is also offering Fund Accounting Services for Portfolio Managers (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) & MF/Insurance including and Fund Accounting Services.
About the RoleOverall Business Development of these products (Domestic & GIFT) - Business strategy & planning for growth.Evaluate the Market & Peers Product/Process offering and implementation of best suitable products for the customers.Possess knowledge on key areas Mutual Funds; Insurance; Foreign Portfolio Investors; Alternative Investment Funds; Commodity Derivatives; Custody; Clearing activities and Fund Accounting Services.Provide Solutions to the customers on Regulatory Guidelines in consultancy with internal stakeholder.Business Control: Risk minimization; Audit & Compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdherence to CMC documents, coordinating and taking necessary clarification/ approvals from the stakeholders and implementing the processes under new growth areas \xe2\x80\x93 Mutual Funds; Insurance; FPI & AIFRequirement discussion with Operations and coverage and based on the feedback/ need of the client coordinate to implement process/ systems in custody/ FA systems to suite the needs.Meet revenue targets - Fee, CDAB, AUC & Fx and ensure client stickiness.Organize roadshows in collaboration with Big4 / Internal subsidiaries / Tax Consultant.Business Analysis & Management Reports Preparation.Manage client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
