JD : Custody Relationship Manager
Business Function
Custody Coverage is a part of the Capital Market, Wholesale Banking Coverage Group and focuses on the Banking & Custody requirements of Fund Houses and Wealth Management firms for Domestic and Foreign Institutions.
Key Accountabilities
xc2xb7 Source business for new FPIs, FDIs, FVCIs, AIFs, PMS, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Family offices, GIFT covering Custody business through engagement with own connect and intermediary channels such as brokers, law firms, tax consultants, fund administrators, Trustees, etc.
xc2xb7 Manage Key Accounts for mapped relationship.
xc2xb7 Make independent sales pitches to the client and diligently pursue for the mandate
xc2xb7 Make Custody and Fund Accounting pitch to client.
xc2xb7 Network with people - Lawyers/CAs/Fund Administrators etc.
xc2xb7 Manage the client within the bank across verticals and cross-sell Banks product.
xc2xb7 Ensure that Service Level Standards agreed are met with high levels of integrity and professionalism.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
xc2xb7 Sourcing of new clients for Custody business
xc2xb7 On boarding of client in coordination with the relationship team and operations team
xc2xb7 Establish good working relationship with Intermediaries.
xc2xb7 Ensure prompt responses to clients queries.
xc2xb7 Liaise with client on the account opening document requirements.
xc2xb7 Ensure that the transition of new business is smooth.
xc2xb7 Offer solutions to clients in consultation with product/operations.
xc2xb7 Keep abreast of market developments and keep the clients updated on the same.
Experience
xc2xb7 5-10 years in Custodial / PCM / Institutional Broking sales
