What You'll Do:- Strategize, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting) with a focus on lead generation and conversions.- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.- Develop and manage targeted outreach campaigns via Apollo.io, ensuring precise audience segmentation and effective email sequencing.- Design and enhance email automation workflows within Zoho Campaigns to nurture leads across different funnel stages.- Partner with the content team by providing content requirements for all digital channels, including email, PPC, social media, and website.- Analyze performance metrics (social media, ad campaigns, email engagement, website traffic) and deliver actionable insights to improve messaging, visuals, and overall campaign success.- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to build Looker Studio dashboards for tracking KPIs and presenting insights to senior leadership.What You'll Bring:- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance, digital, or growth marketing.- Proven expertise in managing Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other digital marketing tools.- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Zoho experience preferred).- Familiarity with outbound outreach tools such as Apollo.io and cold email strategies.- Strong analytical skills and the ability to create, interpret, and refine dashboards and metrics.- A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Bonus Points:- Experience launching marketing campaigns for SaaS or AI-related products.- Knowledge of basic HTML or experience working with web development tools.
