We are looking for a highly experienced

Waterproofing Expert

with 10-12 years of hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising waterproofing works while ensuring high quality and long-term durability.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and supervise waterproofing works for roofs, basements, terraces, bathrooms, water tanks, and podiums Identify leakage issues and recommend suitable waterproofing systems Apply and manage systems such as APP/SBS membranes, PU coatings, cementitious and crystalline waterproofing Supervise site teams and ensure proper surface preparation and application Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project timelines Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients Prepare work progress and quality reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10-12 years of proven experience in waterproofing works Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, systems, and application methods Ability to read drawings and technical specifications Strong problem-solving and site supervision skills Good communication and leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field Certification from recognized waterproofing product manufacturers
