Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and business development for
water & wastewater treatment equipment
in industrial and commercial building segments
Act as a
Product Manager
for equipment selection, sizing, and techno-commercial proposals
Handle
end-to-end sales cycle
including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closures
Conduct
technical presentations, product demos, and solution discussions
with clients, consultants, and EPCs
Support the
launch and promotion of energy-efficient Submersible Aerators and Ceramic Membrane systems
Coordinate with engineering, design, and execution teams for customized solutions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS as required
Key Requirements
5-7 years of proven sales experience in
water treatment / wastewater treatment products
Strong exposure to
industrial and commercial building segments
Hands-on knowledge of
equipment selection and application engineering
Experience in presenting technical solutions to clients
Ability to manage multiple territories and frequent travel across
South India
Must own a
two-wheeler
and hold a valid driving license
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
Preferred Qualifications
Engineering background (Environmental / Mechanical / Chemical preferred)
Experience with
energy-efficient aeration systems or membrane technologies
will be an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
