We are seeking a motivated

Water System Operator

to assist in the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of water treatment and distribution systems. This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience and offers hands-on exposure to water system operations while ensuring safe and uninterrupted water supply.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in operating and monitoring water treatment plants, pumps, and distribution systems Conduct routine inspections of equipment and pipelines Monitor basic water quality parameters as per guidelines Support chemical dosing and filtration processes under supervision Identify and report leaks, breakdowns, or operational issues Maintain daily logs, records, and reports Follow safety, environmental, and operational procedures Support maintenance teams during repairs and preventive maintenance

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of water treatment and distribution systems Willingness to learn equipment operation and maintenance Basic mechanical or electrical understanding Good observation and problem-solving skills Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols

Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field Basic training or certification in water systems (preferred)

Experience

0-1 year of experience

in water system operations or related technical roles
