We are looking for an experienced Wastewater Process & Proposals Manager to lead the design of treatment solutions and support proposal development. This role blends technical expertise with strategic thinking, contributing directly to project success and innovation in wastewater technology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical proposal creation by collaborating with internal teams and clients, including site visits
Conduct plant assessments, equipment evaluation, and develop operational plans for treatment facilities
Support post-sales process documentation, modeling, and simulations
Research emerging technologies and embed technical workflows into internal systems and software
Translate complex engineering concepts into practical, scalable solutions
Key Skills & Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in wastewater treatment process design and optimization
Strong knowledge of biological, chemical, and sludge treatment processes
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering
Experience with process modeling tools and simulations
Excellent communication and process documentation skills
Ability to travel and work cross-functionally with technical and sales teams
Preferred: Experience with RO systems, cooling towers, or water treatment plants (WTPs)
