Jd For Washing supervisor

The Washing Supervisor oversees all daily wash-related operations, from preparing wash recipes to ensuring finished goods meet quality standards. This role requires technical expertise in wet processing for both cotton and viscose fabrics, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills. Key responsibilities

Operational management

Production planning

: Develop weekly or monthly production schedules based on work orders and deadlines.

Process control

: Monitor and control the wet process activities, including scouring, bleaching, neutralizing, and dyeing for different fabrics.

Recipe management

: Fix, follow, and control wash recipes for bulk production, understanding the impact of chemicals on different fabrics.

Washing techniques

: Have in-depth knowledge of various washing techniques, such as enzyme wash, bleach wash, stone wash, and other sustainable processes.

Equipment maintenance

: Supervise the proper use and maintenance of all washing and finishing machinery, coordinating with the engineering department for routine servicing and repairs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
