Job Description

? Operate, monitor, and control ETP equipments.
? Adjust flow rates, chemical dosing, and machine parameters to maintain efficient wastewater treatment.
? Conduct routine start-up and shut-down procedures.
? Perform regular inspection of all ETP machinery to ensure proper functioning.
? Identify abnormal noises, leaks, equipment faults, and immediately report them to the supervisor.
? Support maintenance teams during breakdowns and preventive maintenance activities.
? Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping around the ETP area. 3. Data Entry & Reporting
? Record operational parameters such as pH, TSS, COD, BOD, flow rate, dosing quantity, sludge production, downtime, etc., in daily data sheets or digital logs.
? Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on ETP performance, breakdowns, and chemical consumption.
? Maintain accurate documentation as per regulatory compliance.
? Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and ETP operational procedures.
? Ensure safe handling, storage, and usage of treatment chemicals.
? Report any unsafe acts, spills, or environmental violations immediately.
? Comply with local environmental laws and internal standards.
? Assist in sampling and basic water quality testing.
? Coordinate with production, maintenance, and safety teams for smooth operations.
? Participate in 5S, housekeeping, and continuous improvement activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
