WebSphere Portal Server Administration
WebSphere Application Server Administration

Scripting (shell or python)
4+ years of work experience in WAS admin area
Good to have knowledge on other middleware tools
Certification related to WAS Admin - will have added advantageSoft skills:
Communication and Presentation skills to play customer facing roles
Strong communication skills to lead and drive topics independently
Flexible to adapt with the Project schedules and demands
Good to have ability to demonstrate as cross functional and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT) MCA, MBA (IT) and MSc(IT)
