Tata Motors Commercial Service is seeking a Warranty Manager to oversee and manage warranty claims for commercial vehicles. The role requires expertise in CRMDMS software and knowledge of warranty processes to ensure efficient claims handling, customer satisfaction, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process warranty claims using CRMDMS software.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of all warranty claims.
Collaborate with service and parts teams to resolve warranty issues.
Maintain records and provide regular performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in warranty management, preferably in the automotive sector.
Proficiency in CRMDMS software( Used by TATA Motors )
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Minimum 6 months availability.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
