Short Description
Warranty Manager's role is crucial for early analysis of failed parts/claims. OEM desires the early arrival of failed parts along with proper claim details, tag, and in proper condition by authorized transport. This is to be managed by Warranty Manager who would be responsible for Business Unit's warranty claim processing. Post arrival the claim settlement is also dependent on Joint Investigation done with Quality and R&D. The findings have to be properly documented and recurrence prevention/cut-off has to be implemented.

P - Productivity: Improve the productivity of delivery of Service to customer through Dealership.
Q - Quality: Ensure all parts are properly analyzed and all right stakeholders get quality feedback
C - Cost: Reduce cost impact on Hero
D - Delivery: Response to be quick for customer by ensuring fast warranty management system
Skills Information
Electrical and Electronics of eV vehicle
Basic Finance and integration with Technology
Failed part analysis
Printed Circuit Board Supplier/ vendor handling experience
Joint Investigation Report formulation
SAP and DMS flow and integration
Transportation route development for safe arrival of warranty parts at OEM and/or settlement by alternate route
Fast courier system and settlement system for urgent analysis parts
Education
Relevant Experience
B.E. / B.Tech. with 5 Years + Work Experience
In Automobile/EV After sale and Service (2-wheeler, 4-wheeler)
Warranty Experience is a must.
