Job Summary:
The Warranty Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all warranty-related activities and ensuring compliance with company and manufacturer policies. This includes evaluating warranty claims, coordinating with service teams and manufacturers, and ensuring timely processing and resolution of warranty issues to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and process warranty claims submitted by service departments or customers.
Ensure all claims are submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
Liaise with manufacturers or suppliers for claim approvals and reimbursements.
Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation.
Monitor warranty expenses and identify trends or recurring issues.
Develop and implement procedures to improve warranty processing efficiency.
Train service and customer support teams on warranty policies and documentation requirements.
Handle customer complaints related to warranty issues and ensure effective resolution.
Generate regular reports on warranty claims, approvals, denials, and financial impact.
Ensure compliance with warranty policies, both internal and from OEMs or vendors.
