Verify warranty claims as per Tata Motors policy & guidelines.
Scrutinize job cards, parts replaced, and repair details before claim submission.
Coordinate with technicians & service advisors for accurate documentation.
Ensure timely submission & approval of claims from Tata Motors.
Maintain proper records of all claims and track claim status.
Conduct audits to minimize rejections and financial loss.
Train staff on warranty procedures & policy updates.
Report claim trends, rejections, and improvements to Service Manager.
