Review and process all incoming warranty claims, including verifying customer eligibility, vehicle service history, and ensuring proper documentation (e.g., repair orders, labor codes, failure codes, and part numbers).
Prepare and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer or third-party providers in a timely manner, adhering to all submission deadlines and technical guidelines.
Act as the primary point of contact for service advisors and technicians, providing guidance on proper warranty repair procedures and documentation.
Manage and resolve complex or escalated customer warranty issues and complaints, providing clear explanations of coverage and policy terms.
