Managing warranty claims from submission to resolution, ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies, coordinating with service/parts teams, updating customers, maintaining records for audits, and troubleshooting complex/rejected claims, requiring strong technical understanding, communication, and process orientation to ensure timely payments and customer satisfaction.
